Community Guidelines

PaprNote is a platform for writing, learning, and organizing ideas. These guidelines exist to keep PaprNote safe, productive, and welcoming for everyone. By using PaprNote, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Acceptable Use

PaprNote is designed for personal productivity, education, and creative writing. You may use PaprNote to:

  • Write and organize personal notes, essays, and documents
  • Use LexiAI to assist with writing, summarizing, and learning
  • Upload images related to your documents and notes
  • Share published documents with others
  • Collaborate and learn using study tools

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on PaprNote. Creating, uploading, or sharing any of this content may result in immediate account termination:

  • Illegal content — Any material that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to pirated media, controlled substance distribution, and fraud.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation — Zero tolerance. Reported immediately to authorities.
  • Harassment and threats — Targeted abuse, bullying, doxxing, stalking, or threats of violence against any individual or group.
  • Hate speech — Content promoting violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Explicit or pornographic material — Sexually explicit images or written content.
  • Malware and phishing — Content designed to distribute malware, phish credentials, or exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Spam and automated abuse — Mass-generated content, automated prompt farming, or any activity intended to abuse platform resources.
  • Impersonation — Pretending to be another person, organization, or PaprNote staff.
  • Copyright infringement — Uploading or reproducing copyrighted material without authorization. See our DMCA policy below.

AI Usage Policy (LexiAI)

LexiAI is provided to assist with legitimate writing, learning, and productivity. The following uses of LexiAI are prohibited:

  • Generating prohibited content listed above
  • Automated prompt farming or scripted request spamming
  • Attempting to bypass usage limits through multiple accounts or automated tools
  • Using AI outputs to deceive others (e.g., fake credentials, forged documents)

Daily usage limits are enforced to ensure fair access for all users. Attempting to circumvent these limits is a violation of these guidelines.

Image Upload Policy

Images uploaded to PaprNote must comply with all guidelines above. Specifically:

  • No explicit, violent, or illegal images
  • No copyrighted images without proper authorization
  • Images must be relevant to your personal documents and notes
  • Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG (max 10 MB)

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines are handled through a progressive enforcement system:

  • First violation (Warning) — A warning notice is issued to the account. The offending content may be removed.
  • Second violation (Strike) — A strike is recorded. AI access and publishing features may be temporarily suspended.
  • Third violation (Ban) — The account is permanently suspended. All content is removed. The user is notified via email.

Severe violations (CSAM, credible threats of violence, terrorism) result in immediate permanent ban and referral to law enforcement regardless of prior history.

DMCA & Copyright Takedowns

If you believe content on PaprNote infringes on your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to support@paprnote.com including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on PaprNote
  • Your contact information
  • A statement of good faith that the use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it to support@paprnote.com. Include the URL or description of the content and the reason for reporting.

Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting support@paprnote.com within 30 days of the action. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The decision following an appeal is final.

Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in our platform or legal requirements. Continued use of PaprNote after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
