These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PaprNote, available at https://paprnote.com (the “Service”).
By using PaprNote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Use of the Service
PaprNote provides a platform for writing, organizing ideas, and creating content. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws
- Distribute malicious software
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
- Upload, store, or share illegal, explicit, or harmful content
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, or abuse of any kind
- Upload copyrighted material without proper authorization
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or enforcement actions
- Impersonate other users, organizations, or PaprNote staff

Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
User Content
Users may create and store written content within PaprNote. You retain ownership of the content you create.
However, you grant PaprNote a limited license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You are responsible for the content you create and store within your account.
AI Features (LexiAI)
PaprNote provides AI-powered features (“LexiAI”) to assist with writing, summarizing, and learning. These features are subject to daily usage limits. You agree not to:
- Use automated tools to generate or farm AI outputs
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits
- Use LexiAI to generate prohibited content
- Use AI outputs to deceive, defraud, or impersonate others
AI-generated content may contain errors. PaprNote is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of AI outputs. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
Image Uploads
You may upload images to PaprNote for use within your documents. Uploaded images are stored in secure cloud storage. You must have the right to upload any image you add to PaprNote. We accept JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, and SVG files up to 10 MB each.
PaprNote reserves the right to remove any uploaded content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without notice.
Content Moderation
PaprNote reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We use a progressive enforcement system: violations may result in warnings, temporary feature restrictions, or permanent account termination depending on severity.
DMCA & Copyright
PaprNote respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe content on PaprNote infringes your copyright, submit a notice to support@paprnote.com. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability
PaprNote is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaprNote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Users may stop using the Service at any time.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
